| Making A Purchase We offer a 30 day (from day of delivery) trial period. If you are not happy with your goods we will offer a refund for the cost of the goods We will fully refund the cost of the purchase. We will collect the goods from you should you require. We will charge £17-50 for this service for mattress toppers and pillows. The charge to collect mattresses is £35-00 .This applies to UK mainland only. The trial refers only to toppers, mattresses and pillows. For hygiene reasons no refunds are made on topper covers unless we have sent the wrong item. If the topper smells of tobacco or other substances then we will not be able to offer a full refund. If goods are damaged then you should advise us within 48 hours of receipt of goods to receive a full refund or replacement goods. When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. We deliver your order as soon as we can. Goods are usually in stock and we will send your order to you as soon as we can, usually within 2-3 working days. We use a Next Day courier service (Parcelforce) to deliver all mattresses and toppers. The price shown includes delivery to a UK mainland address only. We will contact you to advise you of any surcharges for addresses outside this area. If you want us to give you a tracking number to track the delivery status we are happy to do this if you send us an email. Taxable items have 17.5% VAT (sales tax) included in the price. Any credit card details you entered are transmitted over a secure (SSL) link and stored using 128-bit encryption. We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30 day home trial subject to the conditions outlined in paragraph 2 above.
